General Information

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the abstract review committee. Decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be made by the committee and are final.

Decisions will be communicated to submitting authors by 30/09/2025

Accepted Abstracts

Abstracts may be accepted as an e-poster or an oral presentation.

Presenting authors must register for the conference before 14 November 2025. Failure to register will lead to exclusion of the submitted abstract.
